Returns & Exchanges

  2. Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.

The built-in infrared motion sensor detects your hand from up to 3.5 inches away and dispenses foam in 0.25 seconds—no need to touch anything!

What type of soap can I use?

You can use any liquid soap (hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, or facial cleanser). For best results, dilute thick soaps with water at a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio.

How long does the battery last?

The dispenser is USB rechargeable and lasts for 20,000+ uses, or up to 2 months on a full charge. It takes 2–3 hours to fully charge.

Is it waterproof?

Yes! It’s IPX5 waterproof, meaning it’s safe for bathroom and kitchen use. The leak-proof design protects internal components.

Does it come with a warranty?
